Lr. Sanjukta Shadangi, the Chairperson Emeritus & Mentor (iBooks Group), has been the driving force amongst the people of iBOOKS. At iBOOKS all employees are called "Learners". She comes with a rich experience of 15 years in management of educational system and Human Resources.

    She has been the key source of motivation and strength amongst all the students and the learners of the company. Over time she has implemented numerous HR practices in the organization which have led to dramatic increase in productivity and higher creativity of the organisation.

    Lr. Shubhrakant Shadangi, Chairman (iBOOKS Group), has been working on various fronts of the company including technical development, Operations, Finance etc. An engineer by qualification (BE from UCE, Burla), who has won Gold Medal in his PG Diploma in Management from Xavier Institute of Management (one of the top 10 management institutes of India), has always loved being a student at various academic institutes of prestige.

    He has undergone the One year Special Management Programme of Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta (IIMC). Apart from being an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore (IIMB) and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA), he is an associate member of the Institution of Engineers of India and a Member of All India Management Association. Right from childhood "education" has been a passion for him. Inspite of having a very lucrative offer from one of the top 5 business houses of India even before completion of his education, he chose to be a part of the team involved in building iBOOKS since 1993. He has been instrumental in implementation of advanced features like iDOST (intelligent Daily Online Study Tablet), Hitech Computer systems and effective management of finance.

    Lr. Swagatika Shadangi, the Director(Marketing) and Public Relations Officer, has been working on the marketing plans of IBOOKS and public relations. Having very good communication skills, she is the person behind the major events organised by and at IBOOKS. Having a personality which instantly attracts attention of the crowd.

    She has the capability to strike a rapport with anybody anywhere. Being a very forthcoming person she has been instrumental in implementation and effective utilisation of marketing funds for maximum results.

    Lr. Sucharita Mahapatra, the Director and Chief of Publications, has been working on the content development process and study material management. After completing her Bachelor degree in engineering, she completed her PG Diploma in Management from Xavier Institute of Management (one of the top 10 management institute in India).

    She is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad (IIMA). She is an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers of India and a Member of All India Management Association. She has the skill to spot the slightest of errors and defects in the academic content. Being an efficient implementor of plans and actions, she has always ensured that the high quality academic study materials and question papers are available to students perfectly on time.
